SADA has keen interest in the development of infrastructure of Afghanistan. In this regards; SADA has implemented many projects to develop the living standards of the community people. Most of the work has been done in Sheltering for internally displaced people, distribution of solar panels, construction of gabion system, hand pump drilling, rehabilitation of Karez systems for potable water and construction of culverts and water wells.
Some of the implemented projects are as bellow:
•“Equal Financial Ceiling” Project, $ 1.4 million worth, which was community development base, donated by the Royal Netherland Embassy in 2007.The project included the construction of shelter houses, rehabilitation of water wells and installation of water hand pumps for ______ families.
•Construction of high schools in Kandahar province in different districts. Which included Dund district (2003, donated by MRRD), Shahwali Kot district (2006,donated by IOM), Shorawak district (2005, donated by DFID&Douch) and Spin Boldak district (2003, donated by UNOPS).
