PSEA / Complain Reporting
Social Workers (Employees) of Social Association for Development of Afghanistan (SADA) Organization have to share the following points about Protection of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) for the community verbally and in writing:
The employees, colleagues, participants and Contractors are seriously prohibited from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
No one is allowed for SEA in return to humanitarian support and activities for you. Every humanitarian assistances are prioritized and considered based on the basic needs of people and are completely free.
You are encouraged to search and know about the humanitarian services in your community, like; objectives of the organizations, their financial support program, requirements of the beneficiaries, details about their activities and how do they contact with the people of your community.
Do not keep silence when you face with SEA cases.
If any Staff member of SADA organization have requested undesirable action, like; SEA, you can contact with the Central office of the organization.
Do not worry about the complaints and sharing information of SEA cases or any other inappropriate behavior with the organization. Such issues are secretly going to be followed seriously and does not deprive you from the humanitarian assistances.
Every individual at any range of age including women, men, girls and boys, people with disabilities and people whom identified with specific basic needs have the right to share their ideas with detail about the place and procedure of distribution of the Humanitarian Aids, specifying the place of kitchen, washrooms, etc and also have the right to share their ideas about the transparency and accountability of the Humanitarian Aids Organizations.
You can freely complain about the inappropriate behavior of the Staff members especially for SEA cases.
You do not need to pay money as bribe or accept SEA actions in return to receive the Humanitarian Aids, if any of Staff members of the organization requests such inappropriate action. Please email or contact through the complaint number or email address provided.
In case you cannot complain yourself, you can share such issues with a close friend or with any elder of the community, so that they share your complaint with the specific contact number or email address.

Social Association for Development of Afghanistan (SADA) is a non-governmental, non-for-profit and non-political Humanitarian and Development organization. SADA was founded in 1994 when Afghanistan was severely affected by internal war and access to any humanitarian facilities and services was practically debarred.
SADA was established with a vision of “To alleviate poverty and human sufferings to see educated, self-reliant, peaceful and developed Afghanistan” by enhancing access to quality and free education, improving health system, upgrading local agriculture & irrigation systems, increasing awareness around hygiene and sanitation, and advocating for the rights of women & children.
SADA has started its first operation in Kandahar province by implementing a UNOPS funded WASH project with the total fund of $12,657 in 1996. SADA gradually expanded its operations across the southern region by establishing partnerships with UNOPS, UNDP, UNWFP, UNICEF, UNHCR, Malala Fund, Street Child – Children in Crisis, GPE, JICA, Action Aid, ZOA Refugee Care, Royal Netherland Embassy, PRT and the government of Afghanistan.
SADA has been able to successfully implement over three hundred small and large humanitarian and developmental projects in various sectors across the country. Those projects have greatly contributed in improving the living conditions of hundreds of thousands needy people. SADA built up strong relationships with communities and gained a particular acceptance among the local people.
SADA is headquartered in Kabul and currently has sub offices in Kandahar, Zabul, Helmand, Sari-Pul, Faryab and Urozgan provinces. On the basis of service delivery, the organization has good reputation among donor organizations, government officials, Community elders and other stakeholders.
