Social Association for Development of Afghanistan (SADA)
With more than a decade of progressive experience in financial management, system development, and organizational administration, Mr. Azizullah Alokozay is a cornerstone of operational excellence and accountability within the Social Association for Development of Afghanistan (SADA).
Since joining SADA in April 2021 as Admin and Finance Manager, Mr. Alokozay has led key initiatives to strengthen the organization’s financial systems, budgeting processes, and administrative frameworks. His strategic leadership and commitment to transparency have significantly enhanced SADA’s financial integrity, donor compliance, and resource efficiency.
Mr. Alokozay began his professional journey in 2009 and has since developed eight comprehensive financial systems for various Afghan organizations, including Future Leaders Consultancy, Banu Consultants, Romaisa Construction Company, Kawsar High School, Human Rights and Eradication of Violence Organization (HREVO), Navid Social Development Organization (NSDO), Taj Travel Agency, and Allied Building Material Co. Ltd. His unique ability to design and implement sustainable financial systems has made him a trusted expert in institutional capacity development.
Over the years, he has held senior finance and management positions with respected organizations such as Identity Info Tech (IIT), Bayan Institute of Higher Education (BIHE), Allied Building Material Co. Ltd (ABM), Afghan Marketing and Management Consultants (AMMC), and HREVO. His work has consistently focused on strengthening compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, and donor engagement.
Mr. Alokozay has successfully collaborated with leading international partners and donors, including UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, IDLO, WFP, OCHA, AHF, and PIN, gaining deep insights into international financial standards, donor reporting requirements, and project management frameworks.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Bakhtar University, and has completed several professional development programs, including Financial Management (UNDP, 2023), Project Management (IDLO, 2024), and BGL Workshop (UNESCO, 2022).
Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, Mr. Alokozay combines technical financial expertise with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. His vision aligns deeply with SADA’s mission to promote sustainable development, good governance, and community empowerment across Afghanistan.
